I initially thought this could be a decent stay, but the stairs to reception ruined my vibe. Plus, i can't believe they charged us different prices for coffee, how ridiculous! After everything, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been the least they could do, but alas, i just couldn't see past the disappointment.

This place was really nice, staff were super friendly, especially david at the front desk. Our room was spacious and clean, had a nice bathroom and the shower was great. The breakfast was tasty with lots of choices, was like a perfect start to our day. It's in a cool location, just a 20 min walk to the city center or quick tram ride. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay a lot.

Great location for visiting the center of Prague. Rooms are bright, very comfortable beds (depending on type). Breakfast. Parking about 800m from a partner hotel in their courtyard.

Modern, stylish, extraordinary .. Hardly noticeable from the outside, a treasure is hidden behind the old walls .. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious .. I would love to come back.
Unfortunately the parking situation in the whole of Prague is quite tight. A short-term place in front of the door at least for checking in and out would be good.

The staff was very obliging and ambitious which helped us a lot. We received recommendations for restaurants, cafes and other places of interest as soon as we checked in, and on top of that we received smaller cushions after we asked for them. Also at the breakfast there was a lot of choice and the quality was very satisfying.

Good sized and air-conditioned room with an electric kettle and tea/coffee for a really lovely stay. Location right by tourist attractions, the vast Novy shopping mall, and Prague.

Comfortable bed, clean carpet, wi fi in the bedroom, nice bathtub (if available when you book), friendly staff... If you do decide to stay there, have dinner at boem (it is a restaurant inside a hotel nearby): reasonable price and good food one and a half block away. Get the lamb!
Not so close to the touristic spots...when you wake up, you feel energetic and excited, so it is easy to walk to the places you want to see... But when you are tired by the end of the day, it takes some effort to come back walking.
